微混燃烧技术采用数量众多、结构简单的微型喷嘴替代传统的大直径喷嘴,主要目的是通过减小喷嘴直径,提高微混喷嘴的混合强度,从而提高预混气的混合均匀度,以促进H2在燃气轮机中的安全稳定燃烧,并降低NOx排放。本文总结了氢燃料微混燃烧技术的研究进展,对H2在燃气轮机中的工业化应用中进行了探索。结果表明:微混燃烧技术在H2稳定燃烧及降低NOx排放方面表现出巨大的潜力。目前,已经发展了纯氢燃烧的微混燃烧技术,该技术最终有望在燃气轮机中大规模应用。

The micromix combustion technology uses a large number of micronozzles with simple structure to replace the traditional largediameter nozzle, and its purpose is to improve the mixing intensity of the micromixing nozzle and the mixing uniformity of the mixture by reducing the nozzle diameter, so as to promote the safe and stable combustion of hydrogen with low NOx emission in gas turbines. This paper summarizes the research progress of hydrogen micromix combustion technology and explores the combustion characteristics of H2 and its industrial application in gas turbines. The results show that the micromix combustion has great potential in stable H2 combustion with low NOx emission. Presently, micromix combustion technology of pure H2 combustion has been developed, which is expected to be widely used in gas turbines.
