针对某型燃气轮机中心分级分区单头部燃烧室,为掌握头部流量系数在不同结构参数下的变化规律,通过试验获得了不同压降下不同结构参数的一二级旋流器的流量特性曲线,分析得到流量系数的变化规律。试验结果表明:一级旋流器旋流数的增大会导致值班级流量系数的减小,二级旋流器旋流数的增大会导致主燃级流量系数的减小;二级旋流数不变时,压降增大会导致主燃级流量系数的减小;一级旋流数不变时,值班级流量系数随压降的增大变化不显著。

In order to investigate the variation patterns of the head flow coefficient under different structural parameters, the experiment method was used to obtain the flow characteristic curves of the pilot and primary swirl with different structural parameters under different air pressure loss, then obtain the influence law on flow coefficient by analyzing data. The experimental result show that the increase in the pilot swirl number will lead to a decrease in the flow coefficient of pilot stage, and the increase in the primary swirl number will lead to a decrease in the flow coefficient of primary stage. when the primary swirl number remains unchanged, an increase in air pressure loss will lead to a decrease in the flow coefficient of primary stage; when the pilot swirl number remains unchanged, the flow coefficient of pilot stage shows no significant change with increasing pressure drop.
