分布式能源系统(distributed energy systems,DES)的运行性能与设备变工况特性密切相关,设备启停控制策略可有效调节DES动态运行特性。针对现有研究尚未充分揭示设备启停控制策略对DES运行影响的问题,建立了以最小运行成本为优化目标、考虑能量转换设备启停控制的优化调度模型,并采用Gurobi求解器对该模型进行优化求解。将优化结果与未考虑设备启停控制的调度结果进行对比。研究表明,考虑能量转换设备启停控制可分别降低DES一次能源消费量5.65%、二氧化碳排放量4.72%和运行成本4.05%。即使能源价格波动,运行成本减少率、一次能源节约率和二氧化碳减排率仍大于零。这表明,分布式能源系统优化调度模型考虑设备启停控制有助于改善系统运行性能。

The operational performance of distributed energy systems (DES) is closely related to the off-design characteristics of its equipment. Equipment start-stop control strategies can effectively regulate the dynamic operational characteristics of DES. Addressing the gap in existing research regarding the insufficient exploration of the impact of start-stop control strategies on DES operation, an optimal scheduling model considering the start-stop control of energy conversion equipment was established, with the objective of minimizing operating costs. This model was optimized and solved using the Gurobi solver. The optimization results were compared with scheduling results that did not consider equipment start-stop control. The study demonstrates that incorporating start-stop control for energy conversion equipment reduces DES primary energy consumption by 5.65%, carbon dioxide emissions by 4.72%, and operating costs by 4.05%, respectively. Even under fluctuating energy prices, the reduction rates for operating costs, primary energy consumption, and carbon dioxide emissions remain greater than zero. This indicates that considering equipment start-stop control in the optimal scheduling model for distributed energy systems contributes to improved system operational performance.
