针对配备SSS离合器的发电机组轴系振动故障频发、振动幅值随啮合角度变化的问题,探索通过主动转子转速调控实现定向啮合的方法;考虑传输延迟、测量偏差等客观因素,通过包含Newmark-β积分算法的数值仿真测试,对比分析了不同控制方法的精度和稳定性。根据提出的控制方法,研制软硬件装置并在电厂应用,结果表明:定向啮合技术可有效改善自动同步离合器的啮合状态,将示范机组的振动故障概率从60%成功降到0,大幅度降低自动同步离合器故障、轴系振动故障发生概率,提升燃蒸联合循环发电机组和热电联产机组运行安全性。

Aiming at the problem of frequent vibration faults in the shaft system of generator sets equipped with SSS clutches and the vibration amplitude changing with the meshing angle, two methods to achieve directional meshing control by adjusting the input rotor speed is explored. The deviation and stability of the two control methods are investigated by numerical algorithm including Newmark-β integration, considering transmission delay and measurement error. Based on the proposed control method, software and hardware devices were developed and applied in power plants. The results show that directional meshing technology can effectively improve the meshing state of the automatic synchronizing clutch, greatly reduce the probability of automatic synchronizing clutch failure and rotor vibration failure, and improve the operational safety of combustion-steam combined cycle generating units and cogeneration units.
