为了探究高温高压环境下燃气轮机转子冷却空气挠性管泄漏机制,以便更好的开展工程选型应用,以某型燃气轮机缠绕式挠性管为对象,对其进行了泄漏特性的试验和数值研究。首先对某型燃机转子冷却空气(TCA)挠性管使用条件、泄漏关系和系统允许温升进行分析,明确了TCA挠性管使用要求;然后进行了单内层、单外层和组合式挠性管的试验设计,获取了进出口压比在1-2范围内不同结构形式的泄漏数据;结合试验数据开展了挠性管模型简化和关键间隙数据匹配,最后基于内层和外层的间隙数据,分析了组合式缠绕式挠性管的泄漏特性。结果表明,在运行状态1.05压比下,无论单内层、单外层和组合式挠性管泄漏量均满足要求,组合式挠性管的泄漏量显著优于单层结构;中心旋转对称计算单元间隙需要通过试验数据进行校准;在进出口压比在1-2范围内,校准后的计算数值与实测泄漏量偏差15%以内,满足工程使用要求;单层挠性管泄漏特性差异性较大,不同管径的间隙数值需要分别校准;校准后的组合缠绕式挠性管泄漏量可以较好的匹配实测泄漏数据,为后续TCA挠性管工程选型应用提供依据。

In order to explore the leakage mechanism of flexible cooling air pipes for gas turbine rotors under high temperature and high pressure environments, better carry out engineering selection and application, this paper conducts experimental and numerical research on the leakage characteristics of a certain type of gas turbine winding flexible pipe. Firstly, the conditions of use leakage relationships, and allowable temperature rise of the Turbine Cooling Air (TCA) flexible pipe for a certain type of gas turbine were analyzed, clarifying the usage requirements for TCA flexible pipe. Then, based on the winding flexible pipe, a test design was conducted, and experiments were completed to obtain relevant leakage data. Combining the test data, a simplified model of the flexible pipe and gap data matching were carried out. Finally, based on the gap data of the inner and outer layers, the leakage characteristics of the combined winding flexible pipe were analyzed. The results show that under the operating state of 1.05 pressure ratio, the leakage of both single inner layer, single outer layer and combined flexible pipe meets the requirements, and the leakage of combined flexible pipe is significantly better than that of single-layer structure; the center rotation symmetry calculation unit gap needs to be calibrated through experimental data; when the import and export pressure ratio is within the range of 1-2, the deviation between the calibrated calculated value and the measured leakage amount is within 15%, which meets the requirements for engineering use; the leakage characteristics of single-layer flexible pipes vary greatly, and the gap values of different pipe diameters need to be calibrated separately; the calibrated combined winding flexible pipe can match the measured leakage data well, it can providing a basis for the selection and application of TCA flexible pipe engineering in the future.
