为探究某回流燃烧室曲面Z型环气膜冷却流场特性,设计9种曲面Z型环气膜冷却结构进行试验和数值研究,采用PIV流场测量试验及数值仿真的方法,得到不同气膜孔间距p、排距s和不同吹风比M对流场的影响规律。结果表明:1)保持气膜孔排距s=0.8mm不变,随着气膜孔间距p从0.8mm增大至1.6mm,流场特性基本一致,冷气覆盖面积无明显改变;2)保持气膜孔间距p=1.2mm不变,随着气膜孔排距s从0.8mm增大至1.2mm,流场特性基本一致,冷气覆盖面积无明显改变;3)保持气膜孔排距s=0.8mm、气膜孔间距p=1.6mm不变,随着吹风比从0.5增大至3.0,流场特性改变,次流出流速度变大,冷气侧漩涡变小至消失,被主流吸引的次流减少,冷气覆盖面积增大。

In order to research the flow field characteristics of curved surface with Z-ring film cooling in reverse-flow combustor, this paper designed 9 type of curved surface with Z-ring film cooling structure to explore used by PIV measurement and numerical simulation methods, and obtained the influence of different hole’s cross distance (p), hole’s row distance (s) and blowing ratio (M) on flow field. The results showed that when retained s=0.8mm unchanged, as the hole’s cross distance p increased from 0.8mm to 1.6mm, the flow characteristics were basically consistent, and the area covered by cool air was no significant changed; when retained p=1.2mm unchanged, as the hole’s row distance s increased from 0.8mm to 1.2mm, the flow characteristics were basically consistent, and the area covered by cool air was no significant changed; when retained s=0.8mm and p=1.2mm unchanged, as the blowing ratio increased from 0.5 to 3.0, the flow characteristics changed, the velocity of secondary stream increased and the size of eddy at downstream wall was decreased until disappeared, the number of secondary stream attracted by mainstream was decreased.
