针对区域型燃气-蒸汽联合循环热电联产机组的热电分配不合理导致的能耗高、经济性低的问题。提出两段式的负荷分配优化模型,按照先单机、再区域型机组的顺序对负荷优化问题进行研究。引入改进型天鹰(CS-IAO)算法,进行负荷优化计算,并使用测试函数与粒子群算法(PSO)、灰狼算法(GWO)、传统的天鹰算法(AO)进行对比,证明了改进的可行性。之后结合实际数据,使用CS-IAO算法对负荷优化模型进行计算。结果表明,所研究区域内三台单机的气耗率分别减少0.14t/(MW·h)、0.18 t/(MW·h)、0.84t/(MW·h):十种工况下的整体经济效益提升幅度在1.187%-1.870%之间,实现了单机能源利用率的提高和区域型机组经济效益的增加。

Aiming at the problems of high energy consumption and low economy caused by unreasonable distribution of heat and power in regional gas-steam combined cycle cogeneration units. This paper takes a regional-scale gas-steam combined cycle cogeneration unit in a certain area as the research object, and proposes a two-stage load distribution optimization model. The load optimization problem is studied in the order of single units first and then regional units. The improved CS-IAO algorithm is introduced to carry out load optimization calculation, and in the MATLAB R2022b environment, the test function is used to compare with the Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO), Grey Wolf Optimization (GWO), and the traditional Aquila Optimizer (AO)., and the feasibility of the improved algorithm is proved. Then, combined with the actual data, CS-IAO algorithm is used to calculate the load optimization model. The results show that the gas consumption rate of three single machines in the study area is reduced by 0.14t/(MW·h), 0.18 t/(MW·h) and 0.84t/(MW·h) respectively: The overall economic benefit is increased between 1.187% and 1.870% under ten working conditions, which realizes the improvement of energy efficiency of single unit and the increase of economic benefit of regional unit.
