为防止燃气轮机在高湿低温环境工作时,压气机进口出现结冰情况,进行了引气防冰系统的设计。为验证冷、热空气的混合效果,进行了额定工况最大抽气量的数值计算,计算结果表明该系统可以满足最大冷、热空气量的混合效果;为防止燃气轮机实时运行时压气机进口结冰,通过计算得出了所需投入的热空气流量,并提出了所需热空气量的精准投入测量方法。该系统可满足燃气轮机不同工况下的引气防冰需求,对燃气轮机稳定高效运行具有重要意义。

In order to prevent the compressor inlet icing of the gas turbine worKing in high humidity and low temperature environment, the design of the bleed air-icing system was carried out. In order to verify the mixing effect of cold and hot air, numerical calculations of the maximum bleed air flow at rated conditions were out. The calculation results show that the system can meet the mixing effect of the maximum cold and hot air flow; in order to prevent the compressor inlet icing during real-time operation of the gas turbine, the required hot air flow was obtained through calculations, and a precise measurement method for the required hot air flow was proposed. system can meet the bleed air anti-icing requirements of the gas turbine under different operating conditions, which is of great significance for the stable and efficient operation of the turbine.
