为对高度非线性化的燃气轮机起动过程进行精确模拟,在准定常假设条件下通过给定升转速率,对起动方程右侧进行线性化处理,实现起动过程的类稳态仿真。给出了采用该方法进行起动仿真的设计流程,并进行了不同压气机角度调节规律、不同起动机功率的仿真优化分析。仿真结果与试验数据对比分析表明:升转速率、转速、工作线及起动时间等主要参数与试验数据具有较好的一致性,燃气轮机性能及各截面参数变化趋势符合工程实际。

In order to exactly perform the performance simulation of highly nonlinear gas turbine starting process under quasisteady assumption, by the method of given acceleration rate, the right side of the starting equation was linearized, realizing the quasisteadystate simulation of the starting process. The design flow of starting simulation using this method was given, and the simulation and optimization analyses of different compressor angle adjustment rules and different starter power were carried out. The comparative analysis between the simulation results and the test data shows that the main parameters, such as the speed up, rotating speed, working line and starting time, are in good agreement with the test data, and the variation trend of the performance and crosssection parameters of the gas turbine conforms to the engineering practice.
