水润滑轴承试验台是船舶水润滑轴承性能分析的重要平台,通过缩比模型可以模拟水润滑轴承的实际运行环境开展试验研究,获取水润滑轴承的运行数据,以评价轴承的性能。在试验过程中,试验台的稳定性对于水润滑轴承的测试结果有着影响。因此,开展水润滑轴承试验台的运行状态监控和故障诊断系统的研究十分有必要。本文以水润滑轴承试验台为研究对象,针对在运行过程中的状态监控和故障诊断功能存在的不足,应用数字孪生技术,开展水润滑轴承试验台状态监控和故障诊断系统的研究,实现对试验台全方位、多视角的实时监控,以及运行状态数据和故障诊断结果的可视化,提高系统状态监控与故障诊断功能的实时高效,为水润滑轴承的测试系统提供新的思路。

The water-lubricated bearing test bench is an important platform for performance analysis of ship water-lubricated bearings. The scaled model can be used to simulate the actual operating environment of water-lubricated bearings to conduct experimental research and obtain relevant operating data of water-lubricated bearings to evaluate the performance of water-lubricated bearings. During the test process, the stability of the test bench has an impact on the test results of water-lubricated bearings.
