在船用锅炉中,喷嘴的雾化效果是十分重要的指标。采用粒子图像测速技术,研究了燃烧器冷态工作时水滴通过喷嘴进入炉膛的雾化过程,对不同转杯转速下的喷雾流动特性参数进行了分析。实验研究表明:三种转杯转速的速度场分布具有相似性,离喷嘴轴向和径向距离最近的一小部分区域的速度最大,沿着喷嘴轴向和径向越远速度越低,直到速度接近为0。把粒径测量区域分成了三部分,底部区域的索特直径大于中部,中部大于顶部,这主要是由于液滴随径向的分裂过程;同时三个区域的索特直径随时间的变化规律相同,但区域之间存在滞后性,这是流场中涡流和湍流随时间运动导致的。转杯转速为3000r/min、4800r/min以及7000r/min时,索特平均直径分别为0.0957mm、0.0905mm以及0.0774mm。

In the dual-fuel boiler for marine methanol-fuel, the effect of nozzle misting is an important index. Using particle image velocimetry, the atomization process of water droplets passing through the nozzle and entering the furnace during the cold-state operation of the burner is studied.Three experiments were conducted by changing the rotor speed, and the flow characteristics parameters of the misting process were analyzed. The experimental study shows that the velocity field distribution of the three rotor speeds has similarities. The smallest part of the area closest to the nozzle axis and radial direction has the highest speed, and the speed decreases as the distance from the nozzle axis and radial direction increases. The Sauter diameter of the particle size measurement area was divided into three parts, and the bottom area had a larger Sauter diameter than the middle, and the middle had a larger Sauter diameter than the top. This is mainly due to the radial movement of the droplets splitting into small droplets. At the same time, the change law of the Sauter diameter in the three regions is the same, but there is a lag between the regions, which is caused by the time-varying vortex and turbulence in the flow field. When the rotor speed is 3000 r/min, 4800 r/min, and 7000 r/min, the average Sauter diameter is 0.0957 mm, 0.0905 mm, and 0.0774 mm, respectively.
