冷却塔填料均匀布置不能充分发挥填料区的冷却能力,可通过填料区布置优化的方式改善冷却塔冷却性能。以某电厂自然通风逆流湿式冷却塔为研究对象,利用数值模拟的方法,对填料区堆放高度及填料间距不均匀布置对冷却塔性能的影响进行探究。结果显示,填料采用内区1 m、外区1.25 m的非等高布置时,最佳分区半径为30.50 m,该布置方式冷却塔的计算出水温度降低0.7 K。在采用上述非等高布置的基础上进一步对外区填料和内区填料分别采用20 mm和30 mm布置间距时,在最佳分区半径下,计算出水温度在非等高布置的基础上进一步降低0.2 K。在合适的分区半径下,填料非等间距非等高布置时冷却塔的出水温度较仅采用非等高布置时更低,塔内空气动力场分布更加均匀,冷却性能更好。

Uniform arrangement of fillers in cooling tower cannot make full use of its performance. In order to optimize the performance of the cooling tower, the arrangement of the filler should be optimized. Taking a large natural draft wet countercurrent cooling tower in a power plant as the research object, the influence that the height and spacing of the filler zone are non-uniform distribution have on the cooling tower is investigated with numerical simulation. According to the numerical calculation results, when the filler distribution is arranged with unequal height, 1 m in the inner zone and 1.25 m in the external zone, the optimal zone radius is 30.50 m. As a result of this kind of arrangement of the filler zone, the calculated outlet temperature of the cooling tower is reduced by 0.7 K.
