当前,燃煤机组对电网的重要支撑体现在负荷调整的灵活性。本文探讨了燃煤机组冷端运行优化协同负荷调整的可行性,以提升机组负荷调整的灵活性和响应AGC辅助服务的能力。依托330MW燃煤机组,建立了冷端系统动态模型。分析结果表明,对于夏季典型日,冷端优化可使参考机组平均背压由7.31kPa降至6.02kPa,提升供电量56.6MW.h,一定程度上提升了机组负荷调整能力,电力现货市场收益提升22215元。引入冷端优化跟随负荷调整,可提升机组AGC响应能力。背压较低时(7.3kPa),引入冷端优化跟随AGC指令,降负荷效果好,响应-3%Pe/min指令,综合性能指标Kp从2.96升至5.03。背压较高时(11.8kPa),冷端优化适用于跟随AGC指令升负荷,响应+3%Pe/min指令,综合性能指标Kp从3.66升至5.28。

Currently, the important support of coal-fired power units for the power grid is reflected in the flexibility of load adjustment.SThe feasibility of collaborative load adjustment through the cold end operation optimization of the coal-fired power unit was explored in this paper, to enhance the flexibility of unit load adjustment and the ability responding to the AGC auxiliary services. Based on a 330MW coal-fired unit, the dynamic model of the cold end system was established.SThe results show that optimization of the cold end operation can reduce the average back pressure of the reference unit from 7.31kPa to 6.02kPa on a typical summer day, and increase power generation by 56.6MW.h. To a certain extent, the load adjustment capability of the unit was improved, and the corresponding electricity spot market revenue can be increased by 22215 CHY.SIntroducing cold end operation optimization to follow load adjustment can enhance the AGC response capability of the unit.SWhen the back pressure is lower (7.3kPa), introducing cold end optimization can improve the ability of the unit to follow AGC command of reducing load. During the response to the AGC command of -3% Pe/min, the comprehensive performance index Kp is improved from 2.96 to 5.03.SWhen the back pressure of the unit is higher (11.8kPa), introducing cold end optimization can improve the ability of the unit to follow AGC command of increasing load. During the response to the AGC command of +3% Pe/min, the comprehensive performance index Kp is increased from 3.66 to 5.28.
