为了研究轮盘与叶片关键部件在旋转状态下的真实应变水平,设计了某叶盘耦合旋转应变测试试验,获得了该轮盘和叶片关键部位的真实应变水平,并与数值仿真计算结果进行对比验证其可行性。研究表明:所设计的叶盘耦合旋转应变测试方案合理可行,轮盘和叶片应变的测量值与模拟计算误差在10%左右,可为工程设计提供参考。

In order to study the real strain levels of the key parts of the disk and blade in the rotating state, a coupled rotational strain testing test was designed, and the real strain levels of the key parts of the disk and blade were obtained, and the feasibility was verified by comparing with the numerical simulation results. The results show that the test scheme of the coupled rotating strain test for blade and disk is reasonable and feasible. The error between the measured value and the simulation calculation of the disk and blade strain is about 10%, which can provide reference for engineering design.
