以某全环直流燃烧室为研究对象,分别采用RP-3和RP-5燃油在模拟高空环境点火试验台上开展模拟高空环境点火试验,对比两种燃油下的点火性能差异。结果表明:1)该燃烧室单油路气动雾化喷嘴供油压力为0.05MPa时可实现完全雾化;2)采用RP-5燃油的燃烧室点火边界范围比RP-3燃油窄23%;3)相同进气条件,采用RP-5燃油的燃烧室着火时间比RP-3 燃油长0.6s~5.5s;采用RP-5燃油的燃烧室联焰时间比RP-3燃油长0.1s~5.1s,周向联焰时间比RP-3燃油短0s~3.7s;4)采用RP-3燃油时燃烧室点火高度可达6km,采用RP-5燃油时燃烧室点火高度达5.5km。

Ignition performance of a direct-flow combustor using RP-3 and RP-5 jet fuel were studied at a low pressure, low temperature ignition test platform under high altitude ignition conditions. The results showed that the fuel can totally atomized when fuel pressure at 0.05MPa . The ignition boundary of RP-5 was 23%,which was narrower than the ignition boundary of RP-3.The kernel formation time of RP-5 was longer than RP-3 for 0.6s~5.5s, the flame expansion time was longer 0.1s~5.1s, and the light-round-time was shorter 0s~3.7s. The ignition altitude of RP-3 achieved 6km, but RP-5 achieved 5.5km.
