为研究电机定子热功耗对以全氟三乙胺为工质的空间离心微泵空化性能的影响,本文基于Z-G-B空化模型,首先对比了不同空化数下考虑热效应与不考虑热效应的数值计算结果,并在工质物性随温度变化的基础上,探究了不同的电机定子热功耗输入对离心微泵空化特性的影响。结果表明,热效应会显著抑制空化的发展,其影响不可以忽略。在考虑热效应的基础上,离心微泵空化特性受冷却回路结构限制,并没有随着热源输入的增大而发生明显变化。

To investigate the influence of motor stator thermal power consumption on the cavitation performance of a spatial centrifugal micropump using perfluorotriethylamine as the working fluid, this paper employs the Z-G-B cavitation model. Initially, a comparison is made between the numerical results considering thermal effect and those not considering thermal effect under different cavitation numbers. On the basis of the variation of the working fluid"s physical properties with temperature, the study explores the impact of different inputs of motor stator thermal power consumption on the cavitation characteristics of the centrifugal micropump. The results indicate that thermal effect significantly suppresses the development of cavitation, and such effect cannot be neglected. Considering thermal effect, the cavitation characteristics of the centrifugal micropump are constrained by the cooling circuit structure and do not exhibit noticeable changes with the increase of heat source input.
