多结构集成化冷凝器被广泛发展应用于有限舱容条件下的船舶动力装置中,以较小的空间重量满足大功率的功能需求。冷凝器管束为其功能实现的核心换热区,存在两相多组分凝结相变的复杂过程,多种集成结构管束区的汽气混合物流动与传热特性的精确计算分析,是船舶冷凝器方案论证和评估的核心环节。为满足船舶动力系统功构集成、工具软件自主可控及创新正向设计体系的发展需求,本文针对典型多介质套管式集成冷凝器紧凑结构和运行特点,采用有限体积法计算管束核心换热区汽气混合物的传热流动及冷凝过程,建立自主可控的涵盖传统和集成结构冷凝器管束流场的通用仿真模型。利用开发的模型对某传统结构冷凝器壳侧管束流场的仿真计算,及与试验结果的对比分析,最大计算误差1.35%,验证了模型的准确性。最后,分别用本模型和CFD计算壳式集成冷凝器壳侧管束多介质流场特性,验证模型对船舶冷凝器多结构优化设计和运行的有效性。

Multi-structure integrated condenser is widely applied in ship power unit to meet the high-power functional requirement with small space weight under limited cabin capacity condition. The complex process of two-phase multi-component condensation phase transition occurs in the condenser tube bundle where serves as the heat exchange core zone. The precise calculation and analysis of the flow and heat transfer characteristics of steam-gas mixtures in the tube bundle areas with various integrated structures constitute a crucial step in the demonstration and evaluation of ship condenser design. To meet the development requirements of power-structure integration, autonomous and controllable tool software and innovative forward design system of ship power system, this paper aims at the compact structure and operation characteristics of typical multi-medium casing integrated condenser, adopts finite volume method to calculate the heat transfer, flow and condensation process of the vapor mixture in tube bundle heat exchange core area, and establishes a general simulation model of tube bundle flow field covering traditional and integrated structure condenser. The simulation calculation of the shell-side tube bundle flow field of a traditional structure condenser was carried out using the developed model. By comparing with the experimental results, the maximum calculation error was 1.35%, which verified the accuracy of the model. Finally, the multi medium flow field characteristics of the shell side tube bundle of the casing integrated condenser were calculated by this model and CFD, respectively, to verify the effectiveness of the model for optimization design and operation of the ship multi-structure condensers.
