为实现机组的节能减排,辅导电厂针对锅炉侧运行参数优化,本文采用聚类算法分析了锅炉历史运行数据,得出排烟温度、排烟氧量等锅炉参数基准值,并得到了多负荷变化下的基准值曲线。在此基础上,给出了锅炉烟气侧各参数的能耗诊断计算公式,分析了各运行参数的节能潜力。计算结果表明:在本文选取的几个负荷下的工况点中,排烟温度与飞灰含碳量运行水平不达标时,会使煤耗损失进一步提高1.634和1.319 g/(kW〖DK〗•h)。

In order to realize the energy saving and emission reduction of the unit, the power plant is guided to optimize the operation parameters on the boiler side. This paper uses the clustering algorithm to analyze the historical operation data of the boiler, obtains the benchmark values of boiler parameters such as exhaust gas temperature and exhaust gas oxygen, and obtains the benchmark curve under multi load changes. On this basis, the diagnostic calculation formula of energy consumption of each parameter on the boiler flue gas side is given, and the energysaving potential of each operating parameter is analyzed. The calculation results show that among the working conditions under several loads selected in this paper, the coal consumption loss will be further increased by 1.634 g/(kW•h) and 1.319 g/(kW•h) when the exhaust gas temperature and fly ash carbon content operating level are not up to standard.
