为了改善传统PID控制器对锅炉汽包水位的控制效果，在传统PID控制的基础上，运用MATLAB软件，融入模糊控制算法，对锅炉汽包水位进行仿真研究， 结果表明：采用模糊PID控制的锅炉汽包水位控制达到稳态的时间仅为0.073 3 s,远小于常规PID控制所用的时间0.5 s；采用模糊PID控制的锅炉汽包水位控制产生的最大超调为0.06%，远小于常规PID控制产生的超调0.2%；采用模糊PID控制器进行控制，系统仅振荡了1次就进入稳态，系统的平稳性得到了很好的改善，平稳性及自适应方面均明显优于传统PID控制，控制效果更能达到工程实际要求。

In order to improve the control effect of traditional PID controller on the boiler drum water level,this paper uses MATLAB software based on the traditional PID control,integrated with fuzzy control algorithm,and simulates the water level of boiler drum.Simulation results show that the time needed to reach the steady state of the boiler drum water level control using fuzzy PID control is only 0.073 3 s,which is far less than 0.5 s of the time used for conventional PID control.The maximum overshoot generated by boiler drum water level control using fuzzy PID control is 0.06%,which is far less than 0.2% of the overshoot generated by conventional PID control.The control system using fuzzy PID control only oscillates once before entering stable state,the stability of the system has also been improved,and the stability and selfadaptation are clearly better than those of the traditional PID control,so the resulting control effect can better meet the actual requirement of the project.
