为分析三支管混合喷射器产生振动的位置及其影响范围，采用数值模拟方法，建立了工业尺度喷射器三维计算模型，并用大涡模拟方法研究其内部流体的速度和压力分布。同时，探究振动处湍流的影响范围，在喷射器中、后段取三个点进行监测，并绘制三点处的速度和压力变化曲线。结果表明：喷射器在混合段产生强烈的湍流，压力变化幅度约为0.025 MPa，引起喷射器振动；混合段的湍流随着继续流动逐渐变弱，三个监测点处速度波动范围依次为15~80、20~60、75~100 m/s，增加喷射器尾部等截面圆柱管的长度可以减弱出口处湍流的影响。

The method of numerical simulation is used to analyze the vibration position of a mixing injector with three nozzles and its influence range.A threedimensional calculation model of industrial scale injector was established and the velocity field and pressure field distribution of the internal fluid is studied by the large eddy simulation method.To further explore the influence range of turbulence at the vibration point,three monitoring points were taken from the middle and back sections of the injector,and the velocity and pressure curves at the three points were drawn.The results show that the ejector will produce strong turbulence in the mixing section,and the pressure change range is about 0.025 MPa,which is the main cause of ejector vibration.The turbulence in the mixing section will become weaker as the flow continues.The velocity fluctuation ranges at the three monitoring points are 15~80,20~60,and 75~100 m/s,respectively.Increasing the length of the cylindrical tube with constant cross section at the tail of the ejector can reduce the influence of turbulence at the outlet.
