本文介绍了“低压缸零出力技术”的工作原理和改造方案,并对某电厂650MW超临界机组采用“低压缸零出力技术”改造后的灵活性调峰能力及经济性进行了分析。结果表明:额定工况发电负荷由改造前的458.6MW降至353.3MW,降低了105.3MW。额定工况供热负荷由改造前的540.6MW增加至821.95MW,增加了281.35MW,供热能力增加了52.04%。额定工况发电煤耗由改造前的238.2g/kWh降至201.7g/kWh,降低了36.5g/kWh。可见通过“低压缸零出力技术”改造后,可大幅提高机组的灵活性调峰能力和供热能力,经济效益显著,该技术具有广阔的推广应用前景。

This paper introduces the working principle and reconstruction scheme of“zero output technology of low-pressure cylinder”,the flexibility peak-load regulation capability and economy of 650 MW supercritical unit in a power plant are analyzed after transformation of“zero output technology of low-pressure cylinder”.The results show that:the generation load under rated condition decreased from 458.6MW before the transformation to 353.3MW,a decrease of 105.3MW.The heating load under rated condition increased from 540.6MW before the transformation to 821.95MW,an increase of 281.35MW,so the heating capacity is increased of 52.04%.The coal consumption for power generation under rated condition decreased from 238.2g/kW.h before the transformation to 201.7g/kW.h,a decrease of 36.5g/kWh.This shows that after the transformation of “zero output technology of low-pressure cylinder”,the flexibility peak-load regulation capability and heating capacity of the unit have been greatly improved,and the economic benefit is remarkable,so it has a broad application prospect in the field of the technology of low pressure cylinder zero output.
