数值模拟研究结果表明,燃烧器摆角同步上摆时,炉膛出口切圆直径变小,切圆刚性和残余旋转减弱,炉膛出口烟气温度场和速度场更均匀,有助于减小水平烟道受热面的汽温和壁温偏差,而实际运行中由于多重因素的影响效果不佳。笔者通过多台机组的冷热态试验发现,受限于燃烧器摆角的气动执行机构和炉内外定位不一致等问题,燃烧器摆动尤其是炉内摆动的不同步,造成了更大的汽温和壁温偏差,尤其是在仅有燃烧器摆角和喷水作为再热汽温调整手段的机组。在某660MW超超临界机组再热汽温和壁温偏差调整的过程中,只有将四个角的燃烧器摆角设置在不同位置时,才能保证管壁不超温的前提下将再热汽温提升至额定值,机组停炉冷态炉内检查时发现有近一半的燃烧器摆角炉内外定位不一致;消缺处理后,将燃烧器摆角设置在同一位置后,再热器两侧的汽温和壁温偏差均有所降低,机组状态显著改善。

The results of numerical simulation show that the tangential diameter of furnace exit decreases, the tangential rigidity and residual rotation weaken, the temperature field and velocity field of flue gas at furnace exit are more uniform, which is helpful to reduce the deviation of steam temperature and wall temperature of horizontal flue heating surface, but the effect of multiple factors is not good in actual operation. Through the cold and hot state tests of several units, the author found that the problems such as the inconsistency between the pneumatic actuator of the burner swing angle and the positioning inside and outside the furnace, especially the non synchronization of the burner swing in the furnace, resulted in greater deviation of steam temperature and wall temperature, especially in the units with only burner swing angle and water spray as the means of reheat steam temperature adjustment. During the adjustment of reheat steam temperature and wall temperature deviation of a 660 MW ultra supercritical unit, the reheat steam temperature can be raised to the rated value on the premise that the pipe wall is not overtemperature only when the burner swing angles of four corners are set at different positions. During the inspection in the cold furnace when the unit is shut down, it is found that nearly half of the burner swing angles inside and outside the furnace are not consistent; after defect elimination, the burner swing angles are set When set at the same position, the deviation of steam temperature and wall temperature on both sides of the reheater is reduced, and the state of the unit is significantly improved.
