为研究搪瓷蓄热元件波纹倾角和宽度对流动传热性能的影响规律,采用fluent软件对某搪瓷蓄热元件进行数值模拟,得到蓄热元件不同波纹倾角和宽度时内部流场速度、温度分布及努塞尔数和阻力系数随雷诺数的变化曲线。模拟结果表明:波纹倾角由20°增大到60°时,蓄热元件阻力系数增大,努塞尔数增加,且阻力系数增幅大于努塞尔数增幅;波纹宽度由6mm增加到10mm时,阻力系数增幅较小,努塞尔数增幅较大。该结果可为回转式空气预热器蓄热元件的优化设计提供参考数据。

In order to study the influence of the angle and width of the corrugation on the flow and heat transfer performance of the enamel heat storage element, a numerical simulation of the enamel heat storage element was carried out by using FLUENT software, and the curves of the internal flow field velocity, temperature distribution, Nusselt number and resistance coefficient with Reynolds number were obtained when the angle and width of the corrugation of the heat storage element were different. The simulation results show that when the wave angle increases from 20 ° to 60 °, the resistance coefficient of the regenerator increases, and the increase of the resistance coefficient is larger than that of the Nusselt number; when the wave width increases from 6mm to 10mm, the increase of the resistance coefficient is smaller, and the increase of the Nusselt number is larger. The results can provide reference data for the optimal design of regenerative elements of rotary air preheater.
