为实现某型新研大功率燃气轮机滑油消耗量低、油气分离效率高的目标,按通风量的要求设计了一型集惯性分离、凝结器分离、型板分离为一体的紧凑高效静态油气分离器。计算确定了静态油气分离器的结构参数,按设计图纸进行了静态油气分离器试验件的生产和试验,试验台试验表明静态油气分离器的分离效率可达99.7%,配机试验表明静态油气分离器的分离效果达98.5%,性能国内领先。

In order to achieve the goal of low oil consumption and high oil-gas separation efficiency of a newly developed high-power gas turbine, a compact and efficient static oil-gas separator integrating inertia separation, condenser separation and plate separation was designed according to the requirements of ventilation rate. The structure parameters of the static oil-gas separator are determined by calculation.The production and test of the test pieces of the static oil-gas separator are carried out according to the design drawings .The test bench test shows that the separation efficiency of the static oil-gas separator can reach 99.7%, and the machine matching test shows that the separation effect of the static oil-gas separator reaches 98.5%, and its performance is leading in China.
