针对双燃料燃气轮机燃烧室,利用热平衡迭代法计算了天然气及-10#柴油燃料条件下的火焰筒壁温,并进行了结果分析。计算结果表明:对于两种燃料都采用扩散燃烧且燃烧组织方式类似的双燃料燃烧室,柴油燃料条件下火焰筒壁温较高,且温差随火焰筒轴线长度增大,但火焰筒壁温分布趋势基本一致,差异主要源于燃料组分中碳氢比的不同;主燃孔射流空气量偏多会导致壁温变化梯度增大,对于本型燃烧室,壁温变化梯度较大区域位于火焰筒第6、8冷却气膜段。

For the combustion chamber of dual-fuel gas turbine, the thermal balance iterative method is used to calculate the wall temperature of the flame cylinder under the conditions of natural gas and -10# diesel fuel, and the results are analyzed. The results show that:for dual-fuel combustor with similar combustion structure and diffusion combustion mode, the flame cylinder wall temperature is higher under the condition of diesel fuel, and the temperature difference increases with the length of the axis of the flame cylinder. The increase of jet air flow in the main combustion hole will lead to the increase of wall temperature gradient. For this type of combustion chamber, the region with a large wall temperature gradient is located in the 6th and 8th cooling film sections of the flame tube.
