为了使发动机涡轮前温度能在冬天试验时达到型号规范中规定的要求，涡轴试车台采用进气加温装置来实现发动机进气加温需求，但加温装置在使用时存在温差大、压力损失严重的现象，发动机进口气流出现了温度畸变，降低了发动机喘振裕度。针对此情况，提出涡轴发动机试车台进气流场不均匀整治技术，采用数值仿真方法优化进气加温结构设计，通过试验对出口压力温度进行验证，试验结果表明：该整治技术不但能将发动机进气温差控制在2.2 ℃以内，还可以有效弥补压力损失，满足型号试验要求，获得了高质量发动机进气品质。

In order to meet the specification requirements for turbine inlet temperature for the test in winter,air heating equipment is applied.However,it results in seriously poor temperature distribution and severe pressure loss at engine inlet,leading to temperature distortion and reduced engine surge margin.In order to solve the problem,the improvement technique for the inlet flow field of turboshaft engine test bed is explored and used to optimize air heating equipment structure,and then validated by the engine test.Test results show that the technique is feasible to control the inlet air temperature difference under 2.2 ℃,and also compensate the air pressure loss,satisfying the test requirements and obtaining the high quality engine inlet air flow.
