本文介绍了基于PXI系列数据采集装置和图形化编程语言LABVIEW的燃柴机组高精度数据采集系统的设计思路与实现方式,详尽描述了高精度数据采集系统的设计方案、硬件组成和软件程序功能。整个系统可对电压、电流、转速等信号进行多通道连续采集,系统测量精度高、响应时间短,可满足多种测试方式的数据采集要求;同时具有良好的人机交互界面,能够方便的对各类信号进行显示,计算,录制,回放,存储。在实际使用过程中,该系统表现出了优秀的易操作性,高可靠性和高精确度,具有良好的应用价值。

This paper presents the design and implementation based on PXI series data acquisition device and graphical programming language LABVIEW of a high-precision data acquisition system for gas turbine/ diesel engine units. It describes the design scheme, hardware composition and software program function of the high-precision data acquisition system. The whole system can continuously collect multi-channel signals such as voltage, current and speed. The system has high measurement accuracy and fast response, which can meet the data collection requirements of various test methods. At the same time, it has a good human-computer interaction interface, Various types of signals can be displayed, calculated, recorded, played back, and stored conveniently. In actual use, the system has shown excellent operability, high reliability and high precision, and has good application value.
