以某舰船燃气轮机低压8级压气机为母型,开展加零级改进设计。通过对母型机进行分析,合理地选取匹配点,对压气机零级进行了一维、二维详细的气动设计,最后对零级压气机叶片进行三维造型。数值结果表明新设计压气机在设计转速7450r/min下,流量为123kg/s,总压比为6.125,等熵效率为88.3%,喘振裕度为32.8%,达到了设计指标。新设计零级与母型机流场匹配较好。通过对压气机变工况性能进行分析,各主要运行工况喘振裕度满足10%设计要求。

Based on the prototype of a marine gas turbine 8-stage low pressure compressor, an innovation design about zero-stage is carried out. After analyzing detailed and selecting reasonably the matching point of the prototype compressor, one-dimensional and two-dimensional detailed aerodynamic design about the zero-stage is conducted. At last, the three-dimensional modeling is also used to the zero-stage blade design. The new design 9-stage compressor numerical results show that the massflow is 123 kg/s, the total pressure ratio is 6.125, the isentropic efficiency is 88.3%, and the surge margin is 32.8% at the design speed of 7450 r/min. All of the results above are reaching the design target. The flow-field of the front zero-stage matches well with the rear prototype compressor stages. By analyzing off-design performance of the new compressor, the surge margin of main operating conditions also meets the design requirement of 10%.
