汽电双驱机组为新型节能减排机组,符合我国环境改善的基本政策,是未来火力发电厂机组改造方向。本文以国内首台套汽电双驱机组为研究对象,结合现场运行工况分析机组引风机轴承及离合器产生电腐蚀损坏原因,通过电腐蚀产生机理分析,给出了增加绝缘设备的维修方案,累计2年的稳定运行,验证了解决方案的有效性。

The turbine-motor hybrid technology is a new energy-saving and emission reduction technology, which is accordant with the national environmental protection policies,and it is main development direction of thermal power plant in future. The paper particularly describes the process of the malfunction diagnosis of the first domestic turbine-motor hybrid unit in installation, debugging and operation. First, according to the phenomenon of malfunction and on-the-spot working condition, analyze the reason of electric corrosion damage which happened in the fan bearings and the SSS clutch. Then,according to the principle of electric corrosion the maintenance support plan which add a insulated part in the couplings is determined. After maintenance the unit has been running steadily for over 2 years, and the electric corrosion damage has been completely solved.
