汽轮机转子转动惯量的测取,主要是通过甩负荷试验计算得到。转速测量过程中存在多个测量环节误差及环境噪声,对测量结果影响较大。卡尔曼滤波器是一种最小方差估计器,可以为线性滤波问题提供精确解析解,将其应用在甩负荷试验转速飞升曲线的滤波上,能够得到准确的转速曲线。目标操作量度代表运动不确定度和量测不确定度的比例,存在一最优目标操作量度范围使转速滤波结果与转子加速度曲线同时达到最优。在最优目标操作量度范围内,甩50%负荷试验与甩100%负荷试验计算所得转动惯量偏差仅为0.67%,且与制造厂设计值仅相差最大为1.4%。与甩负荷导则提供计算转动惯量方法对比,卡尔曼滤波后计算结果更贴合转子转动惯量设计值。

The measurement of the moment of inertia of turbine rotor is mainly calculated by load rejection test. There are sevearl measurement errors and environmental noise in the process of speed measurement, which have a great influence on the measurement results. Kalman filter is a minimum variance estimator that provides an accurate analytical solution for linear filtering problems. It can be used on the speed curve of load rejection test, and the accurate speed curve can be obtained. Target operation measure represents the ratio of motion uncertainty to measurement uncertainty. There is an optimal target operation measure range to optimize both speed filtering results and rotor acceleration curve. Within the optimal target operating range, the deviation of moment of inertia calculated by 50% load rejection test and 100% load rejection test is only 0.67%, and it is only 1.4% different from the design value of the manufacturer.
