对某亚临界 300MW机组汽动给水泵自大修后首次启动运行中出现的异常振动爬升现象,通过对数据测试、频谱图等分析及研究,得出齿式联轴器汽轮机侧内外齿出现磨损与断裂是导致该汽动给水泵振动异常爬升的主要原因,重新检修后,成功解决了汽动给水泵异常振动问题。
