为实现对某电厂烟气余热利用系统改造的经济性综合评价，提出了一种以试验检测为基础结合理论推导计算的评价方法，将改造对机组的影响统一到对供电煤耗的影响上，并开展了相应的检测试验。试验结果表明某电厂烟气余热利用系统改造在满负荷工况最多可降低供电煤耗3.83 g/(kW?h)。
