[摘要]
依据索科洛夫等学者提出喷射器计算的经验公式对喷射器进行优化设计加工,并自行搭建测量喷射器性能的实验台,采用N2、CO2、R290三种自然工质,研究圆柱形混合室截面直径对喷射器性能的影响规律。实验结果表明:喷射器背压为3.9MPa,工作流体温度为90℃,工作流体压力在8.2~10.0MPa范围内变化时和引射流体压力在2.4~2.9MPa范围内变化时,喷射器的喷射系数均随圆柱形混合室截面直径的增大而增加;当混合室截面直径在1.7~2.1mm范围变化时,喷射器的喷射系数均随工作流体压力或引射流体压力的增大而增大。且在一定实验范围内,以N2为工质的喷射系数随圆柱形混合室截面直径变化趋势相对平缓。

Based on the calculation empirical formula of the ejector proposed by E.Я.Coкoлов and other,the ejector is optimized and machined ,and the experimental platform for measuring the performance of the ejector is built.Using N2、CO2、R290 natural working fluids to study the effect of cylindrical mixing chamber cross-sectional diameter on ejector performance.The experimental results show that he back pressure of the ejector is 3.9MPa, the working fluid temperature is 90℃ ,the working fluid pressure variation range from 8.2 to 10.0MPa,the ejector fluid pressure range from 2.4 to 3.0MPa,the ejection coefficient increases with the increase of cylindrical mixing chamber cross-sectional diameter.when the cylindrical mixing chamber cross-sectional diameter variation range from 1.7 to 2.1mm,the ejection coefficient increases with the increase of primary fluid inlet pressure or ejected fluid pressure.In a certain experimental range, the ejection coefficient with N2 as the working fluid changes relatively gentle with the cross-sectional diameter of the cylindrical mixing chamber.
