为了解决双机热电联供系统的热电负荷分配优化问题,以某双机600 MW高背压抽凝热电联供系统为对象,建立系统仿真模型并验证模型的准确性。通过控制中排压力的方式,根据机组安全运行约束条件,得到机组可行域。提出了一种使用过程耦合罚函数的灰狼算法,并分析了3种耦合方式和参数对系统性能的影响。结果表明:提出的过程耦合罚函数在求解成功率和求解误差方面具有明显优势,优化后机组热耗平均下降了117.96 GJ/h。

To optimize the load distribution of combined heat and power (CHP) system with dual units,this paper used dual 600 MW high backpressure extraction CHP units as an example,a simulation model was built and validated. According to the constrains of system safe operation,feasible domain of the system was obtained by controlling IP outlet pressure. A grey wolf optimizer using process coupled penalty function was proposed,and three different coupling methods and the influence of parameters on system performance were analyzed. The result shows that proposed process coupled penalty function outperforms in successful rate and optimization error of solutions. The heat rate of optimized system decreases by 117.96 GJ/h on average.
