为准确有效地对燃-燃联合动力(Combined gas turbine and gas turbine,COGAG)装置的运行特性和控制方法进行研究,设计了一种半物理仿真方法。建立了具备实时求解能力的燃气轮机模型作为代理模型,采用模型驱动电机的方法等效代替燃气轮机,将电机与传动装置及负载进行机械连接,组成半物理仿真试验台。对转子动力学特性相似原理进行研究,证明了半物理仿真方法的合理性。基于建立的试验台对COGAG系统的并车及负荷分配过程进行了研究,研究结果表明:设计的半物理仿真方法可以实现对COGAG系统的并车过程以及不同比例负荷分配过程的控制,当使两台燃气轮机各承担50%负荷时,双机功率的平均不平衡度为2.7%,验证了半物理仿真方法的有效性。

In order to study the operation characteristics and control method of the combined gas turbine and gas turbine (COGAG) system accurately and effectively,a semiphysical simulation method is proposed in this paper.A gas turbine model with realtime solution capability is established as an agent model,and the method of model driving motor is used to simulate the actual gas turbine.The motor is mechanically connected with the transmission device and load to form a semiphysical simulation platform.The similarity principle of rotor dynamic characteristics is studied to prove the rationality of the semiphysical simulation method.Based on the established platform,paralleling operation and load distribution process of COGAG system are experimented.The research results show that the semiphysical simulation method designed in this paper can realize the control of paralleling operation and load distribution process with different proportions in COGAG system.When the two gas turbines are required to provide 50% of the total power singly,the average power imbalance of the two gas turbines is 2.7%.The validity of the semiphysical simulation method is proved.
