船舶燃气轮机气水分离器的设计过程复杂,其使用时的外部环境、设计工况和性能要求等方面与普通过滤装置有很大差异。为了更好地完成船舶燃气轮机气水分离器结构设计标准的制定工作,结合船舶实际情况分析了船舶燃气轮机气水分离器在设计时应考虑的分离效率、总压损失、过流速度、海洋环境和机械环境等主要因素;介绍了惯性式滤清器、丝网式滤清器和旋风分离器等结构形式在结构设计标准中应规定的重要结构参数;最后简述了船舶气水分离器的保障性设计,对气水分离器的安全性、稳定性等提出要求。研究结果可为船舶燃气轮机气水分离结构设计标准的制定提供参考。

The design process of the marine gas turbine gaswater separator is complicated,and its external environment, design conditions and performance requirements are very different from those of ordinary filtration devices. In order to better complete the formulation of the structural design standard for gaswater separator of marine gas turbine, the main factors that should be considered in the design of the marine gas turbine gaswater separator, such as separation efficiency, total pressure loss, flow velocity, marine environment and mechanical environment, are analyzed in combination with the actual situation of ships; and the important structural parameters of inertial filter, wire mesh filter and cyclone separator that should be specified in the structural design standard are introduced;finally, the supportability design of marine gaswater separator is briefly describedand the requirements for the safety, stability and other performance of marine gaswater separator are put forward.The research results can provide reference for formulating the structure design standard for gaswater separator of marine gas turbine.
