强化水合物生成技术在水合物领域一直是研究的热点，改善传热与传质过程是强化水合物生成时最关键的两个部分。其中改善传热能快速将反应生成的热量带走；强化传质一方面能加速气体溶解达到过饱和状态，另一方面能增大气体的消耗量，因此传热和传质两方面的机理都需要进一步深入研究。本文综述了大量专家学者在强化水合物生成时运用各种方式的研究发现，包括使用化学促进剂和施加物理扰动的方法，对其中涉及到传热与传质两方面的机理进行分析和归纳。旨在总结常用强化水合物生成方法所体现出的传热传质机理，并提出未来的研究应该围绕强化机理展开，包括对实验设备的升级改造、多学科研究以及对高精尖仪器的使用，以期为今后水合物技术的应用提供可选择的强化方法以及对未来发展提出思路和展望。

Enhanced hydrate generation technology has always been a hot topic in the field of hydrate.Heat and mass transfer improvement is considered as the two most critical parts when enhancing the formation of hydrates.Heat transfer can be enhanced to quickly take away the heat generated by the reaction.On the one hand,the enhancement of mass transfer can accelerate the dissolution of gas to reach a supersaturation state; on the other hand,it can increase the absorption amount of gas.The mechanisms of heat transfer and mass transfer needs to be further studied.This article reviews the research findings from studies using various methods to enhance the formation of hydrates,including the use of chemical accelerators and physical disturbance,and analyzes and summarizes the mechanisms involved in heat and mass transfer.It is aimed to summarize the heat and mass transfer mechanisms found by common methods to enhance hydrate formation,and suggest that the future research should focus on enhancement mechanism,including experimental equipment upgrades,interdisciplinary research and the use of advanced equipment,in order to provide alternative methods for the application of hydrate technology in the future,and to put forward ideas and prospects for future development.
