采用向半焦中添加CeO2和MnO2两种催化剂的方法,通过热重分析(TGA)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等技术,研究了添加剂种类及比例对催化半焦燃烧和脱硝的影响。结果表明:当添加质量分数为5%的CeO2催化剂时半焦的着火温度和燃尽温度分别降低了1和11 ℃,当添加质量分数为5%的MnO2催化剂时着火温度升高了11 ℃,燃尽温度降低了15 ℃,当添加质量分数为5%CeO2-5%MnO2的复合催化剂时着火温度和燃尽温度分别降低了20和26 ℃;当向半焦中添加质量分数分别为5%CeO2和5%MnO2的催化剂时NOx和CO的排放质量均有所下降,添加质量分数为5%CeO2-5%MnO2的复合催化剂时NOx和CO的排放质量显著降低,分别下降为79.19%和38.80%。这一研究表明,质量分数为5%CeO2-5%MnO2复合催化剂对促进半焦燃烧和提高脱硝效率具有一定的协同作用。

By adding two kinds of catalysts of CeO2 and MnO2 into semicoke, the effects of the types and proportions of catalysts on the catalytic combustion and denitration of semicoke were studied by thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and Xray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The results show that when adding CeO2 catalyst with 5% mass fraction, the ignition temperature and burnout temperature of semicoke reduce by 1 ℃ and 11 ℃ respectively. When adding MnO2 catalyst with 5% mass fraction, the ignition temperature increases by 11 ℃, and the burnout temperature decreases by 15 ℃. When adding the composite catalyst consisting of CeO2 with 5% mass fraction and MnO2 with 5% mass fraction, the ignition temperature and burnout temperature reduce by 20 ℃ and 26 ℃ respectively; When adding the catalyst consisting of CeO2 with 5% mass fraction and MnO2 with 5% mass fraction into the semicoke, the emission qualities of NOx and CO reduce slightly. When adding the composite catalyst of CeO2 with 5% mass fraction and MnO2 with 5% mass fraction, the emission qualities of NOx and CO decrease significantly, which reduce by 79.19% and 38.80% respectively. This research phenomenon illustrates that the composite catalyst of CeO2 with 5% mass fraction and MnO2 with 5% mass fraction has a certain synergistic effect on the combustion and denitration of semicoke.
