建立包含转子的刷式密封三维理想切片模型,通过商用ANSYS系列软件计算了不同工况条件下刷式密封与转子的温度场分布情况,在热分析基础上进行了刷式密封热-结构耦合分析。结果表明:随着上下游压差增大,刷式密封泄漏量逐渐增大,刷式密封泄漏量随着转子转速的增加呈微弱的下降趋势;在工作开始阶段的温升过程中,刷式密封的最高温度随着工作时间的增加而增加,最终达到稳定;刷丝与高速运转的转子间主要存在粘着磨损,随着时间的增加,刷丝的磨损量增加,磨损率降低。

A threedimensional ideal slice model of the brush seal including the rotor was established, and the temperature field distribution of the brush seal and the rotor under different working conditions was calculated through the commercial ANSYS series software. Based on the thermal analysis, the thermal structure coupling analysis of brush seal was carried out. The results show that with the pressure difference increase at upstream and downstream,the leakage rate of the brush seal increases gradually. With the increase of the rotor speed, the leakage rate of the brush seal shows a slight downward trend.During the temperature rise of the brush seal at the beginning of the work, the maximum temperature of the brush seal firstly increases with the increase of time and reaches a stable state finally.There is mainly adhesive wear between the bristles and the highspeed rotor. With the increase of time, the wearing capacity of bristles increases and the wear rate decreases.
