为了探究三维肋管肋结构参数对管外流动和传热特性的影响,采用控制变量法通过实验研究了热空气横掠三维肋管时,管外努塞尔数Nu与欧拉数Eu随肋结构参数的变化规律。与相同实验工况下的光管对比,分析了不同肋高、肋宽以及轴向间距对三维肋管综合传热性能的影响。结果表明:在一定流速范围内,Nu随着肋高和肋宽的增加而增加,随着轴向间距的增加而减小;相同换热条件下,三维肋管综合性能评价指标(Performance Evaluation Criterion,PEC)优于光管;且换热管的PEC随着肋高和肋宽的增加而增加,随着轴向间距的增加反而减小。

In order to explore the effect of fin structural parameters of threedimensional finned tube on the flow and heat transfer characteristics outside the tube,the controlled variable method was used to experimentally study the variation rule of Nusselt number (Nu) and Euler number (Eu) outside the tube with fin structural parameters when the hot air crosses the threedimensional finned tube.Compared with the smooth tube under the same conditions,the effects of different fin heights,fin widths and axial fin pitches on the comprehensive heat transfer performance of threedimensional finned tube were analyzed.The results show that within a certain velocity range,the Nu increases with the increase of fin height and fin width,but decreases with the increase of the axial fin pitch.The comprehensive performance evaluation criterion (PEC) of threedimensional finned tubes is superior to the smooth tube under the same heat transfer conditions.And the PEC of heat transfer tube increases with the increase of fin height and fin width,but decreases with the increase of the axial fin pitch.
