为了研究循环流化床锅炉(circulating fluidized bed boiler,CFB)的空气预热器和烟气处理设施对SO3的脱除作用,利用控制冷凝法分别对装机容量在150~330 MW之间的10台循环流化床锅炉进行了实测。结果表明:空气预热器对SO3的脱除率受空气预热器烟气出口温度的影响,在6.7%~36.5%之间,回转式空气预热器的SO3脱除率高于管式空气预热器;布袋除尘器和电袋除尘器对SO3的脱除率在40%以上;静电除尘器的SO3脱除率在6.1%~10.8%之间;湿法脱硫的SO3脱除率在41.7%~73.4%之间,其中双塔双循环的SO3脱除率最高;炉外CFB半干法脱硫的SO3脱除率达89.7%~97.9%,测试条件下炉内干法+炉外CFB半干法的工艺能使脱硫出口SO3降至0.3 mg/m3以下。

In order to study the effect of the air preheater and flue gas treatment facility of circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boiler on the removal of SO3,the controlled condensing method was used to analyze 10 CFB boilers with installed capacity between 150 MW and 330 MW respectively.The results show that the removal rate of SO3 by the air preheater is affected by the outlet flue gas temperature,which is between 6.7% and 36.5%.The SO3 removal rate of the rotary air preheater is higher than that of the tubular air preheater.The SO3 removal rates of cloth bag precipitator and electric bag precipitator are more than 40%; the SO3 removal rate of electrostatic precipitator is between 6.1% and 10.8%.The SO3 removal rate of wet flue gas desulfurization(WFGD) is between 41.7% and 73.4%,among which the double tower and double circulation SO3 removal rate is the highest.The SO3 removal rate of CFB semidry desulfurization outside the furnace is between 89.7% and 97.9%.Under the test conditions,the process of furnace dry method with the addition of semidry method outside the furnace can reduce SO3 at the outlet of desulfurization to below 0.3 mg/m3.
