考虑环保税对燃煤机组效益的影响，对脱硫系统综合成本进行了分析，建立了脱硫系统最佳出口SO2排放浓度排放目标值模型，利用灰狼优化算法（GWO）对模型进行了优化求解以获得脱硫系统综合成本最低条件下的出口SO2排放浓度。研究表明：在环保税单价高的地区，脱硫综合成本中环保税所占比重较大，此时降低出口SO2排放浓度在一定程度上可以减少电厂的脱硫综合成本，随着环保税单价的增加，最佳出口SO2排放浓度逐渐减小。

Considering the impact of environmental protection tax on the benefits of the coalfired unit,comprehensive operating cost of the desulfurization system was analyzed.The optimal target value model of emission concentration of SO2 at the outlet of desulfurization system was established,and the gray wolf optimization algorithm (GWO) was used to obtain the optimal emission concentration of SO2 under the lowest comprehensive cost.Research results show that in the area with the high environmental protection tax,environmental protection tax accounts for a large proportion of the comprehensive desulfurization cost.In this case,a low SO2 emission concentration leads to a low comprehensive cost of desulfurization,to a certain extent.With the increase of environmental protection tax,the optimal SO2 emission concentration gradually decreases.
