考虑环保税对燃煤机组效益的影响,对脱硫系统综合成本进行了分析,建立了脱硫系统最佳出口SO2排放浓度排放目标值模型,利用灰狼优化算法(GWO)对模型进行了优化求解以获得脱硫系统综合成本最低条件下的出口SO2排放浓度。研究表明:在环保税单价高的地区,脱硫综合成本中环保税所占比重较大,此时降低出口SO2排放浓度在一定程度上可以减少电厂的脱硫综合成本,随着环保税单价的增加,最佳出口SO2排放浓度逐渐减小。

Considering the impact of environmental protection tax on the benefits of the coalfired unit,comprehensive operating cost of the desulfurization system was analyzed.The optimal target value model of emission concentration of SO2 at the outlet of desulfurization system was established,and the gray wolf optimization algorithm (GWO) was used to obtain the optimal emission concentration of SO2 under the lowest comprehensive cost.Research results show that in the area with the high environmental protection tax,environmental protection tax accounts for a large proportion of the comprehensive desulfurization cost.In this case,a low SO2 emission concentration leads to a low comprehensive cost of desulfurization,to a certain extent.With the increase of environmental protection tax,the optimal SO2 emission concentration gradually decreases.
