不对中是重型燃气轮机转子核心部件最常见故障。以某重型燃气轮机转子为研究对象,建立重型燃气轮机转子不对中故障有限元动力学模型,通过数值仿真计算转子平行不对中、偏角不对中及复合不对中故障下的振动响应。结果表明:转子不对中故障典型动力学特征是二倍频峰值增大,角不对中量单独增加0.5°,转子振幅增加20 μm,动力学响应对偏角不对中更为敏感。

Misalignment is the most common fault of heavy gas turbine rotor core components.Based on the heavy gas turbine rotor,the finite element dynamic model of rotor misalignment fault of heavy gas turbine is established.The vibration responses of the rotor under parallel misalignment,partial angle misalignment and composite misalignment are calculated through numerical simulation.The results show that the typical dynamic characteristics of rotor misalignment fault are that the peak value of the second harmonic generation increases.At the partial angle misalignment increases by 0.5° the rotor amplitude increases by 20 μm.The dynamic response is more sensitive to the partial angle misalignment.
