[摘要]
针对传统串级式降压阀芯加工难度大的问题,提出了一种改进的多级降压阀芯结构,并通过流量试验得到结构改进后的流量控制范围和流量特性。基于FLUENT软件提供的标准k-ε湍流模型和欧拉模型,对改进后的多级降压调节阀进行气液两相流模拟,分析进口气相体积分数对其流量系数和流量特性的影响。结果表明:改进后的多级降压调节阀可拥有不同的流量调节范围;当阀内处于气液两相流状态时,会在各级降压区域内形成气囊,减小调节阀在各开度下的流量系数,但仍能保持等百分比流量特性。

For the problem of difficult machining of traditional cascade stepdown spool,an improved multistage stepdown spool structure is proposed,and the flow control range and flow characteristics of the improved structure are obtained by flow test.Based on the standard kepsilon turbulence model and Euler model provided by FLUENT software,gasliquid twophase flow simulation of the improved multistage stepdown regulating valve is performed,and the influence of the volume fraction of the inlet gas phase on flow coefficient and flow characteristic is analyzed.The results show that the improved multistage stepdown regulating valve can have different flow regulating range.When the valve is in the gasliquid twophase flow state,an air bag is formed in the depressurization area,reducing the flow coefficient of the regulating valve under various opening degrees,but still maintaining the equal percentage flow characteristics.
