[摘要]
针对旁路烟道旋转喷雾干燥技术和主烟道蒸发技术,开展了脱硫废水蒸发干燥过程及其产物特性的分析对比研究,比较了两种工艺过程中脱硫废水蒸发特性,并对脱硫废水蒸发产物的表面结构特性进行了研究,考察了Cl元素的迁移分布特性及其对后续除尘系统和粉煤灰资源化利用的影响。结果表明:氯离子浓度增大,蒸发效果会随之降低,pH值则对其影响不大,旋转雾化条件较之于主烟道蒸发效果好;两种工艺下蒸发干燥产物表面粗糙,烟道出口S元素含量增加明显,Ca 、Mg、K等元素略有增加,蒸发后产物大致相同,由于温度的不同,旋转雾化条件主要是以莫来石、SiO2、Al2O3、 KCl、MgSO4、CaSO4·0.5H2O为主,主烟道蒸发则是以莫来石、SiO2、Al2O3、KCl、MgSO4·H2O、CaSO4·0.5H2O和CaSO4·2H2O等为主;废水中氯离子浓度对氯元素以HCl形式进入烟气影响不大,而碱性脱硫废水则可以有效抑制其以HCl形式析出。

In this paper,the evaporation drying process of desulfurization wastewater and its product characteristics were studied for the rotary flue drying technology of the bypass flue and the main flue evaporation technology.The evaporation characteristics of the desulfurization wastewater,the surface structure characteristics of the evaporated products and the migration and distribution characteristics of Cl elements and their effects on the subsequent dust removal system and the utilization of fly ash were investigated and compared.The results show that as the chloride ion concentration increases,the evaporation effect will decrease,while the pH has little effect on it.The rotary atomization is better than the main flue evaporation.The surface of the evaporatively dried product is rough under the two processes,and the S element content in the outlet is increased evidently,while the elements such as Ca,Mg and K are increased slightly.The products after evaporation are almost the same.Due to the difference in temperature,the rotary atomization are mainly mullite,SiO2,Al2O3,KCl,MgSO4 and CaSO4·0.5H2O,etc.,and the main flue evaporation are mainly mullite,SiO2,Al2O3,KCl,MgSO4·H2O,CaSO4·0.5H2O and CaSO4·2H2O.The concentration of chloride ions in the wastewater has no effect on introducing the form of HCl as chlorine,and alkaline desulfurization wastewater can effectively inhibit its precipitation in the form of HCl.
