为了适应新的能源和环保形势,同时保障燃烧室在宽工况范围内各项参数满足燃气轮机整体性能需求,试验研究三级燃料径向分级燃烧对燃烧室在50%~100%工况范围工作特性的影响,并根据变化规律得到合理的燃料分级方案。结果表明:该燃烧室在50%~100%工况均可达到OTDF低于20%、RTDF低于5%,总压损失约5%和燃烧效率约99.9%的技术指标;同时满足80%~100%工况NO〖HT5”〗x和CO可低至30 mg/m3(15%O2),60%~80%工况下,NO〖HT5”〗x和CO排放低于50 mg/m3(15%O2)。分析试验数据发现:相较于1路,值班路燃料比例对NO〖HT5”〗x排放、贫燃熄火边界和出口温度均匀性的影响更大。燃料在燃烧室径向中心集中,火焰稳定性提升,NO〖HT5”〗x排放升高,出口温度均匀性变差,壁面温度降低;低工况下,CO排放降低;总压损失和燃烧效率不受影响。据此得到三级径向分级燃烧室在50%~100%工况下特性图谱,为燃烧室在燃气轮机实际运行提供重要参考。

In order to adapt to the new situation of energy and environmental protection,and to meet the requirement of the gas turbine at different working load,the experiments on a triple fuel radial staged combustor at 50%~100% working load were conducted.The influence of fuel distribution on combustor characteristics was studied,and the optimal scheme of fueling was obtained.The results indicate that: the OTDF of combustor is under 20%,RTDF is under 5% and combustion efficiency is over 99.9%.At 80%~100% working load,the NO〖HT〗x and CO emission are both under 30 mg/m3.At 60%~70% load,the NO〖HT〗x and CO emission are still below 50 mg/m3.The research on the test data revealed: the pilot fuel has greater impact on NO〖HT〗x emission,lean flameoff boundary and outlet temperature distribution than the 1st stage of fueling.With more fuel located centrally,the flame is more stable,NO〖HT〗x emission is higher,OTDF and RTDF are increased,and temperature of tube wall is depressed.CO emission is reduced atn low working load,while the total pressure loss coefficient and combustion efficiency are unchanged.The connection between the combustor performance and the fuel staging radially are comprehensively presented in the combustor performance diagram,which provide reference of significance for the debugging and operation of gas turbine.
