基于FLUENT软件,采用RNG k-ε湍流模型对H型椭圆翅片管束的传热与流动进行数值模拟,分析圆形基管位置对H型椭圆翅片管束的传热和流动的影响。结果表明:圆形基管位置往后移,翅片管束Nu减小,圆形基管处于第一排时,管束传热明显优于后三排位置,其Nu相较于第四排B4型翅片管束的Nu高16%,全椭圆基管A型翅片管束的Nu高15%。圆形基管位置后移,翅片管束f越小,但差别较小。在综合热力性能方面,圆形基管处于第一排时,管束表现最优。

Based on Fluent software,the heat transfer and flow of H-shaped elliptical finned tube bundles are numerically simulated by using RNG k-εturbulence model,and the influence of the position of circular base tube on the heat transfer and flow of H-shaped elliptical fin tube bundles is analyzed.The results show that the Nu number of the finned tube bundle decreases when the position of the circular base tube moves backward.When the circular base tube is in the first row,the heat transfer of the tube bundle is clearly superior to the position of the latter three rows.The Nu of the B1 tube bundles is 16% higher than that of the fourth row of B4 finned tube bundles,and the Nu of the B1 tube bundles is 15% higher than that off the full elliptical base tube A finned tube bundles.The smaller the finned tube bundle f is,the smaller the difference is when the position of the circular base tube moves backward.For the comprehensive thermodynamic performance,when the circular base tube is in the first row,the bundle performance is the best.
