为研究在进口畸变条件下，特定流道翼刀对畸变流道流动状况和角区分离的改善作用，以大连海事大学船用小型燃气轮机重点实验室扇形叶栅为研究对象，使用流体仿真软件ANSYS CFX，在静叶栅进口马赫数约0.6的条件下，对15%、25%、35%、45%、55%和65%节距位置布置的6种翼刀方案进行数值模拟。计算结果表明：畸变进口条件会造成叶栅流动损失增加，翼刀的加入能够减小受畸变影响流道的流动损失，靠近流道压力面侧安放翼刀对流道内流动损失减小效果最为明显，在靠近流道吸力面侧加入翼刀时可以利用衍生出的翼刀涡，对角区分离进行改善；特定流道翼刀可使整体流道的流动状况得到改善，整体流道流动损失减小，其中最佳方案可以使整体流道损失减小约4.98%。

In order to investigate the effect of specific passage fence at different pitch positions on flow condition and corner separation under inlet distortion,research is conducted based on a sector cascade,which is designed by the key laboratory of marine gas turbine of Dalian maritime university.Numerical simulations are carried out for partial passage fence cases at 15%,25%,35%,45%,55% and 65% pitch positions with ANSYS CFX,and the Mach number at stator inlet is about 0.6 in simulations.Results show that inlet distortion causes an increase in flow loss in the cascade,and the placement of fence can reduce the loss in the passage which is influenced by inlet distortion.The flow loss reduction effect is most evident when the fence is placed near the pressure side of the passage,and if the fence is placed on the suction side of the flow passage,the derivative fence vortex can be used to decrease the corner separation.The fence can improve the flow condition of whole passage and decrease the flow loss,and the total flow loss can be reduced by about 4.98% in the optimal scheme.
