以型号为IPS24的波纹板壳式换热器为研究对象,应用CFD软件ANSYS FLUENT16.0进行流体流动及耦合换热的数值模拟。结果表明:人字形波纹板结构对板壳式换热器传热性能有显著的增强,且能够有效地防止结垢;随着入口流速的增加,总对流传热系数增加,但也会导致压力损失增加,在流速为1.0 m/s时总传热系数达到1 519 W/(m2·K),冷、热流体进出口压降也分别高达81.2和83.1 kPa。

In order to improve the heat transfer performance,CFD software ANSYS FLUENT16.0 was used for numerical simulation of fluid flow and coupling heat transfer.The results show that the herringbone corrugated plate structure can significantly enhance the heat transfer performance of the shell and plate heat exchanger and effectively prevent scale formation.With the increase of the inlet velocity,the total convection heat transfer coefficient will increase,but it will also lead to the increase of pressure loss.When the velocity is 1.0 m/s,the total heat transfer coefficient reaches 1 519 W/(m2·K),but the inlet and outlet pressure drops of cold and hot fluids are also as high as 81.2 kPa and 83.1 kPa,respectively.
