针对火电机组主蒸汽温度控制系统的大惯性和大时滞特性,将线性自抗扰控制、经典串级PID控制、微分先行控制策略、史密斯(Smith)预估控制等几种温度控制方案的控制效果进行仿真对比。仿真结果表明:经典串级PID控制策略的控制效果差;微分先行(D-PI)控制策略的响应速度快,但鲁棒性差;Smith预估算法能够小幅改善主控制器的控制效果,但效果不够好;线性自抗扰控制策略的控制效果较好、抗干扰能力较强、鲁棒性较强。在面对主蒸汽温度控制问题时,线性自抗扰控制是一种能够替代传统控制策略的合理、有效的选择。

For such characteristics as large inertia and large time delay in main stream temperature control system of thermal plant,the control effects are compared for linear active disturbance rejection controller,classic cascade PID controller,differential preemption control strategy and smith predictor.The result shows that,for the classic cascade PID controller,the control effect is poor.For the differential preemption(D-PI) control strategy,it has fast response,while its robustness is poor.For the Smith predictor,the control effect of main controller is slightly improved,but it is not good enough.For linear active disturbance rejection controller,the control effect is better,and its antiinterference ability and robustness are stronger than other methods.Linear active disturbance rejection controller is a reasonable and effective alternative to the traditional control strategies for the main steam temperature control problem.
